2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to review the total shipping cost before confirming your purchase. We may also offer free shipping promotions on select orders or to specific locations, which will be applied at checkout.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- Domestic (United States): We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by their country.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

9. Missing or Damaged Packages

We will assist you in resolving the issue and may request photos of the damaged product or packaging to help with the claims process. Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
10. PO Box Shipping
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for certain large or heavy items. Please provide a physical address for shipping if your order includes these products.
