- Custom or special-order products are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged during shipping.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Clearance or final sale items.
- Custom-built instruments or accessories.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@glamciteino.com or call us at (218) 843-3365 to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. You may return the original item for a refund and purchase the exchange item separately.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide a return label for you to return the damaged item, and we will send a replacement or process a refund as per your preference. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective product for a refund or replacement.
8. Refund Processing Times
Refunds for returned items will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. The processing time for your refund may vary depending on your payment provider or credit card company. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
